By accessing and using MazaLabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

MazaLabs provides AI-powered e-commerce automation services, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Business API integration and automated messaging
  • Package tracking and delivery notifications
  • AI-powered customer service responses
  • E-commerce integration and order management
  • Analytics and reporting tools

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others

Subscription Plans and Billing

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is due in advance for each billing period
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or billing errors
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to send spam, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Service. Use the Service for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Data and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by MazaLabs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content. You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the Service "as is"; our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or discontinue the Service with notice.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and/or email notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
