Shipping labels, customs and insurance

Buy labels from the order page with your own Shippo account: open an order and choose Buy a label.

1. The first time, paste your Shippo API key and your ship-from address.
2. Check where the parcel goes and its size, then See rates.
3. Pick a rate and buy the label. Its tracking number goes on the order and the customer gets the tracking email.

Parcels going abroad

A customs declaration is made from the order: each product's HS code and country of origin, its value and weight. Add HS codes and countries of origin to your products for faster customs; the panel names the products without one.

Insurance

Tick Insure this parcel to cover it for the order's value. Shippo adds the cover to the label's price.
