Automatic emails

Automatic emails go by themselves to shoppers on your list. Turn each on in Marketing › Emails:

• Abandoned checkout: a reminder when someone starts an order and stops.
• Back in stock: always on; goes to shoppers who asked to be told.
• Review request: some days after delivery.
• Win-back: buyers who haven't ordered for a while, optionally with a code.
• Still thinking it over: shoppers who looked at products and didn't buy (signed in, or arrived from one of your emails, with their consent).
• Goes well with: other products from the same collections, some days after an order.
• Birthday: on the day, for shoppers who gave their birthday, optionally with a code.

Each shows how many were sent and the orders they brought.
