What are team tokens?
Every job your AI team does (a store, a rewrite, a photo, a chat reply) uses tokens from your plan, and each button says about how many. Unused tokens don't roll over. Need more? Move to a bigger plan any time and its extra tokens are added for the rest of the period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the difference pro-rated for the rest of the month.
How do my customers pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, paid straight to your own Stripe account. Cash on delivery is there too, per store, for markets that expect it.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Send a product photo and your team builds the store. You change things by asking in plain words, or by editing the page yourself. No code.
Can I connect my existing domain?
Yes. Every plan supports custom domains. Just point your DNS to us and we handle the SSL certificate automatically.
Is Ava included?
Yes, on every plan. She answers product questions in your store chat, takes orders and passes a chat to you when a customer asks for a person. She always says she is an AI assistant.
