Loyalty points and referrals

Turn both on in Marketing › Rewards. Shoppers see them in their account, under Rewards.

• Loyalty points: shoppers earn points when an order is delivered (points per unit of your currency) and turn them into store credit. Refunds and returns take the points back. Up to three tiers by yearly spend earn more points per order.
• Referrals: each shopper gets a link for friends. A friend's first order gets a discount; once it is delivered, the shopper gets store credit. Their own link never rewards them.

Rewards are store credit codes, which every way to pay accepts.
