Tips, an extra item and the after-order offer

A few extras can raise each order's value.

• Tips: shoppers can add a tip at checkout (Settings › Checkout form). Tips are their own line and are not taxed.
• Order bump: one extra item offered on the checkout form (Products › Offers).
• After-order offer: on the thank-you page, one product offered with a single tap (Products › Offers).
• Checkout questions: add a date or a tick box to the form (Settings › Checkout form).
