Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is an extra for markets where shoppers expect it. Turn it on in Settings › Payments.

Cash orders arrive in Orders › To confirm. Call or message the customer, then press Confirm so they ship; this cuts refused parcels. A store that only takes cards never shows the option.
